Upgraded WiFi 2 weeks ago. Landline worked for 24hours and now I've had 2 weeks of no calls. No dial

Upgraded WiFi 2 weeks ago, landline worked for 24 hours. And since had no dial tone, no calls in or out for two weeks and struggling to get past the bot to get help. WiFi also off this morning but I believe that's a north west issue

That's correct @jaxmummy there is a broadband issue in the North West which is the topic of a very large thread on the Broadband board.
