We've been made aware that there are ongoing issues with both Mobile & Talk lanline phones being unable to make calls

 

Sky are investigating this currently.

'Check line cord' message on landline phone

I cannot dial out or receive calls. Message on phone says to check line cord. I've run all the tests sky suggest and also done tests regarding mains supply and batteries to the phone. Nothing solves the problem, broadband is ok though. Please help.

I cannot a dial tone on my landline— tried everything— changing batteries,unplugging and replugging

Cannot get a dial tone on my landline -- tried everything like changing batteries,unplugging and re plugging and checking all phone connections but still nothing
