Cant acess sky home for at least 2weeks now

I can't access my sky home or recording I can't watch  the news or emerdale farm  or carnations street most annoying g as pay my subscription  every month

@cookingongas193  Which Sky box do you have?  Sky+HD, Sky Q or Sky stream.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
