My bill has jumped from £60 to £84 for no reason I would like it adjusted back to the £60 please

@Nugget+Tompkins  It's possible your minimum term discount has expired and your now paying full list price, you would have been informed on signup when it would expire you don't get reminders 

 

you need to call sky and negotiate a new minimum term for a lower price
