Can't log in to broadband buddy

I have the package required, yet can't get past the password page to set up parent account. I was on a chat regarding this issue, but can no longer access it for some reason. Keen to get it resolved.

@jonesks You will need Sky's help so I have escalated your post so you should get an invitation to chst to Sky through the forum where a blue button will appear.
