Discussion topic: Dolby Digital (5.1) on Apple TV app

Hi folks,

Just signed up to Apple TV on Sky Q. Works fine, but no dolby Digital being sent to my amp. I don't have an Atmos amp, so I'm wondering does Apple TV content even encode in 5.1?

hi @Iano1111 there have been a few discussions on this.

Apparently at the momment it only supports Stereo - maybe it will be updated in future to 5.1 and even Atmos but we don't know
