I am trying to find out if the equipment I sent back has been received?

It seems impossible to find a way to talk to sky by phone, so I thought I'd try this. 

 

I sent equipment back and I wanted to know if it's been received?

@Sky+go+problem  No one here would know, we are customers like you.  Did you not keep proof of postage?  That would show it's been received by Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Sky+go+problem  As per @GD1 , if you have proof of postage that's your proof of return so keep it very safe and indefinitely in case sky applies non return fees in error
