I don’t have any apps on my sky q box. I’ve got network connection tried a software update twice

When I got to the apps selection on the sky q box there is only one app called peacocks showing and nothing else. . I’ve got network connection (4 ticks) I've tried a software update twice so the box is definitely up to date. I don't know how to fix it.

Edit 

If the Q box is already on the latest software  (Q190........) then updating it does nothing.
