@Dazbo1988  You're not talking to Sky and you won't be sent one on the back of a forum post, you can print your own returns label https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you don't have a printer, you can give Sky a call and they will (hopefully) mail you some postage returns labels.

@Dazbo1988 If you don't have a printer according to this link you can take it into a post office or collect + who will print it for you.
