Hello. I've just had a refund after cancelling my contract with you. But I've no idea where it's gone as I haven't given any card details and it says refunded back to card. The only card I've used was my parents to take off the parental lock. Which was ridiculous as I'm 33, I don't like using credit cards but you are forced to here. Will it have gone back to that or where?
