My Sky Q box has started to repeatedly disconnecting from the internet which was a daily occurance and now it won't reconnect at all. Nothing has changed with my Broadband provider or service. Looking at previous posts it look like a need to replace my Sky Q box......anyone know how I can do this (before Christmas !!)

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble. When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

Exactly same issue, seems like last update causing this problem for a lot of users.
Is there a fix?
