Switch to £26 package including Netflix

Hi, how do I switch my account to the £26 per month package which includes Netflix?  I am seeing a lot of adverts for it online but can't find it anywhere when I log into my Sky account.  Thanks

@MikeLazare  Are you in a discounted package already?   You would need to contact Sky in any event to change your current packages assuming you are outside the minimum term.

 

You can use the following link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv#contact-leave

You can also call on 150 from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk line

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.


If you don't see the Contact options on the link above make sure java script is enabled on your browser.

Hi @MikeLazare   On your Sky Q box go to My Account and look at your Bills to see if you currently have discounts.

@MikeLazareIt seems a good deal however I don't know which box it includes and  if you need to pay extra for HD/UHD.

This link gives some information including a number  0800 7591 238 (their spacing so I could paste it) to ring for existing customers.
