So I'm in the process of upgrading online. I select the phone and the length of contract is 24 months. At final checkout when you read the terms its now stating its a 36month period of contract- why? and I can't seem to change it

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSwap 24 does come with a 36 month contract. The 24 part means that after two years you can swap your device for a new one as the value if your phone itself will pay of the remaining amount on your credit agreement.
