Email Content is not downloading

Since moving to Sky Broadband, my email content is not downloading, including images and I keep getting notes every time I get a mail shot. I don't have Sky email and have checked my email settings and just want things back they way I had set them. I also have a tracking dyslexia and really struggle with these help pages, and I  need to see my emails - thanks

Thanks, I can't see anything helpful there as it's not sensitive content, so other than turning it off all together, I don't understand how that will help, and it's messages from my bank and everything.

Usually turning it off completely will solve the issue, at least it has for other people in the past. It seems to be the way Sky Shield filters DNS content, wherever the images are being downloaded from Sky Shield is seeing that as spam/malware etc.
