Hi all my internet keeps dropping regularly and I have to reboot quite often, this morning it dropped four times! Don e all the recommendations thank you H🥴☺️

Hi Cookie Monster sorry I have taken so long to reply re stats, I have now eventually managed! Hope this helps, Ive gone through all the help articles and followed them to the letter but the internet is still dropping and I have to use troubleshooter which tells me they have to reset adapter again! Really appreciate your help. Take care. H

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYour router stats suggest that you have not had a drop in 27hrs & your router hasnt not been rebooted in over 8 days. When you notice a 'drop' do any lights change on the front of your hub?
