Using windows 10 mail app and emails from specific(ie not all) senders are opening without being converted to a readable(ie English) format. Emails from same senders open OK when going in to sky website. This has been happening for several months but has not corrected itself yet . Have tried reinstalling mail ap but with no success. Any ideas?

Best to use a different client/app.
