Unable to use Amazon Prime today. When you click on the app it just says. Sorry, this app is unavailable. Please try again later.
I have spoken to family members who also have sky glass and their apps are working.
Any Ideas?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Taz6590 The first thing to try is to unplug for a couple of minutes and see if that helps.
if that doesn't help try an app refresh Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > refresh apps. This process is not instant and is carried out in the background so don't expect an instant solution.
