Proof of usage

I've been robbed. I have Barclays cell phone insurance. Does sky provide proof of usage?

"The proof of usage is your email with the IMEl number on it which you got when you first took the device. That is what insurance companies need. So you need to ask for that, not proof of usage as in the bills etc."

Did you attached that one? It was worked? I'm looking for same thing.. I have barclays insurance as well.. which asks for a lot of documents.
