Swap mobile phone

Hi,

I want to swap my Apple mobile with new version.But I have bought the phone in UK and now I'm outside of UK.So can I use swap option if I'm outside of UK?

Sky would only send your new device to your UK registered address so that could be an issue in trying to do this.
