Unable to make or receive voice calls

I have an Iphone 14+ and today its stopped making & receiving voice calls, if i switch to WIFI calling its ok but if i take it off it does not work. I can send/receive email and text but no voice calling?

The signal strength is displaying 3 bars and 4G?

No it states no issues in my location.

Does a reboot help, if not you might want to try ordering a replacement sim:

I'vew done a reboot and tried to make a call out to a landline and it worked, i then tried to call from my mobile to the same landline and it would not go through, i tried the from the landline to the mobile again and it would not work again!

I had exactly the same issues, got a replacement SIM but that didn't work. I've now switched to EE and everything works perfectly.
