@Gannet+++crusher  Has your minimum contract finished with Sky, might give them a call and see what they can do for you in regards to cost and why it went up so much..

Sky Talk Anytime Extra was £13.50pm from May 2023. It's now increasing to £16.00pm before discounts.

Anytime Extra is an expensive add-on: it would be very unusual for it to be free.
