Talk shield issue

1781 (star) and 1783( block) have stopped working .

I used to be able to "add the last caller to my star list"---- but now msg says:----"you have had no calls in the last 30 days "!!

I get a phone call nearly every day !

Is my ""star"" list full or something ??

@Highlinder Apologies for jumping in here but for at least the last couple of weeks I, and a number of others on this forum, are reporting that it is not possible to view Sky Talk Shield settings on the MySky app and on the website.  I telephoned Sky re this issue over a week ago and was told that there is an issue in that some account holders were having this problem and Sky engineers were trying to establish why this is happening.  There is obviously an issue with Sky Talk Shield and it would be most helpful if Sky could issue an update on this forum.
