Install time/date

Received this message.... Hi. Your Sky Broadband will be ready on 17 May. Openreach will connect the line and arrive between 13:00 and 18:00. I will be home from 3.00 on the Friday 17th of May. Don't want to miss the engineer installing the broadband. So if the time can be amended to fix these times please. I am a teacher so I don't get days of work to come home earlier.

@Beddoe unfortunately you cantspecify the time beyond the slot you have already been given. The engineers are assigned a number of jobs in each slot, the order they get done in is set by the type of job and what is required for each one. .

 

If you aren't therecwhen the engineer turns up you are likely to be billed £25.

@Beddoe  You won't be abke to amend the times as these are either AM or PM slots, also you can't request appointment changes via a public forum.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
