Please does any experience this? I got an email from sky that I have intiated to cancel my subscription even when I didn't ilsend any requests like that. please how did you treat it?

Sounds like someone applying for Broadband from another provider has incorrectly put in your house number in error or the wrong postcode so you need to call Sky asap to allow them to sort this.
