internet speed says it’s good- however when watching Netflix, playing games on the Xbox it looses it

internet speed says it’s good- however when watching Netflix, playing games on the Xbox it looses connection and when we're on our phones (eg doesn't download emails etc)

Anyone know how to solve this?

Disappointed I stayed with sky if I'm honest

@Katylj streaming video and playing games bandwidth is one issue but just as critical is the regularity of the data stream. Wifi is prone to interference which is why it is always recommended to use ethernet cables for games consoles if at all possible.

 

If you are using wifi you may be able to improve the signal from your Sky hub by making sure it is out in the open on a surface or shelf above obstructions like radiators and do the same with the xbox. It is also worth rebooting your hub as that will cause it to find the least congested wiifi channel.
