Cannot see Free Sky Vue Tickets in MyApp

I have been a Sky VIP customer for over 20 years and have recently found out I have no access via the Sky App to get the 2 free Sky Vue cinema tickets. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but still nothing shows up. I have tried calling Sky but keep getting directed back to the App.. which has been of no help whatsoever? Any ideas?

Yes, I have had Sky Movies since I first signed up to Sky.

So can you access the VIP section and if so you don't see these Cinema tickets ?

Correct, when I click on the VIP section, I cannot see the free sky Vue cinema tickets..

If you have a usual Sky movies sub and are not on any sort of trial instead then all I can suggest you do is to email the ticketing team at Sky - support @ skyticketit.com (no spaces)

I can see vue tickets either neither can any of my family members. We all have sky cinema package. I have diamond level. I received email in april saying my coses where ready to use but no where to be funs. Have teines phone ofd and back on . Deletetes and re installed app.

As suggested above you will need to send an email to the ticketing team at Sky about this.
