Correct, when I click on the VIP section, I cannot see the free sky Vue cinema tickets..

I can see vue tickets either neither can any of my family members. We all have sky cinema package. I have diamond level. I received email in april saying my coses where ready to use but no where to be funs. Have teines phone ofd and back on . Deletetes and re installed app.
