Error code 1526

I have tried to download to my laptop, Black Adam from Sky Go. The following error message is then received.

For your information. This show is currently unavailable. please try again later. Error code 1526.

Can you please help with this.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

The same problem still exists despite trying all suggested remedies.

As you can see above Sky invited you to a chat as per my post but apparently you didn't respond. They might be able to help you with this so do you want them alerting again and if so will you be able to respond ?
