I have taken out a new sky tv and broadband package any sky go doesn’t work

I had just cancelled my previous tv package and when I rejoined sky advised it would be easier to set me up as new customer - I have now taken out a new tv and broadband package under the same email address as the previous package and sky go doesn't work. If I log into my sky the tv and broadband isn't showing on there.

As you have signed up again as a new customer and want to use the same email address you need to first remove it from the old account first so log into the old account here:


https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details


Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:


https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-id/sky-id

 

Then logout of Sky Go and back in again with your new Sky ID.
