Upgrade subscription

When I try to watch a box set on sky witness it says I need to upgrade my subscription but I can watch live sky witness so think I do have it as part of my subscription? Trying to watch series 3 of The Good Doctor

Can you watch boxsets via your Sky Q or Sky+ box ?

I'm trying to watch it on the iPad as the box hasn't been working with my tv and prefer watching it on my iPad anyway.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
