Just received my Sky Q, but no card. Do I receive this together or later?

Is this a replacement for a faulty Sky Q box? Are you sure it's a Sky Q box as for a first install the engineer bring it with them?

@Melissa92  Have you switched from sky plus or are you subscribing to sky for the first time 

 

if the former have you still got your previous card if you have try that card 

 

if you haven't or it doesn't work give sky a call again if you're new customer give sky a call

Hi @Melissa92 

I suspect it is only the Sky Q router that you have received as already mentioned by @Daniel0210 the Engineer brings all Q TV boxes.at install.

If it is a new install the viewing card normally comes via Royal Mail prior to installation but the engineer will hopefully carry spares if not.

 

The engineer will bring the main Sky Q box, any mini boxes you've ordered, the remotes and cables and a satellite dish if you haven't already got one.
