Problem with my viewing card

Can’t get any Sky programmes on my TV and there is a message on the screening saying, "There is a problem with your viewing card".

Try removing the Card and giving it a wipe with a dry cloth.

If you have not ordered Sky Q in the last couple of months and the order been canceled  then you could try performing a New Install

I will try tomorrow - she is 87 so I will have to go to her house and try and sort it out!
