Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mags75 first try restarting your Hub by switching off at the plug for 30 seconds or so, then check whether the Voice light is illuminated. If it's not green it would be best to report a fault to Sky.

It's plugged into the back of the hub but no light is showing on the sky voice bit.
