Cant sign in with bt box office to get event on sky need advice.

Tryed to sign in on bt box office gave card number and postal code but won't sign me for ppv event any suggestion how to sign in?

Are you a current Sky TV customer and where are you trying to do this, via the app, online at the website etc ?

I tryed to sign in on line gave my viewing card number and postal code but can't sign in to get bt box office on sky.
