There are some downloading issues on Sky Q & Sky+ platforms which Sky are aware of and trying to fix. They have updated their status page as per this link

We're having the same issues since last night,try to download from demand and just keeps saying download failed.Tried switching off at mains,doing the settings reset.I know our internet is fine so must be a sky issue but why don't they let anyone know?

i have tried to download on sky history but just keep getting download failed. Other channels are fine! What's going on???

Download House on Peacock

I've bewatch House on Peacock. Have reached series 7 episode 22 and can't download. Can anyone help

When I try to access Available Now it fails on all channels.

I cannot get access to any programs on Available Now it fails.

Repeated downloads failed

Hi,

I've suddenly not been able to download any on demand content. I have all relevant subscriptions, Internet connectivity and tried resetting to no end.

I've even tried resetting via the hidden menu. No luck.

 

The download starts, then immediately fails.

 

Any help that saves me having to sit on the phone on hold would be great.

Hi, having exactly the same thing. Download starts then fails. Sometimes it will carry on downloading but will never let you play the episode. It gets to 100% and then won't disappear from downloading section and only option is to delete. 

what's happened?? Was fine until today. 

as per OP, nothing has changed and have all relevant subscription etc.

Download failed

Can't download and finish last episode of a program on peacock. Nor can I download Rob and rimesh latest program on sky!!!! WHY!? I HAVE DONE RESETS ETC

Downloaded 123% then nothing

Trying to download programmes on peacock and channel 4 and they are both coming up downloaded 123% then stop and wont let me watch - help!
