I am locked out of my Match.com as I don't receive the password reset emails , I receive all other emails from Match except for the password reset ones . Match have said they can't help me as the problem is not on their end .
looking for help as I have paid for a subscription I cannot access

Yes I have tried the app and online , nothing in trash or spam on either .
The email address that Match have is correct as I receive lots of emails from them , this is why I'm confused as it is only the password reset emails that don't come through???
