Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThere really is no point blocking spam emails. If they are not being caught by the spam filter, then presumably they don't appear to be spam. Could you give an example of this "spam"?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreJust keep marking them all as spam and this is worth doing more than trying to block them.

Strange, as whilst I get the same kinds of spam, they are caught by the spam filter, so I never see them, unless I check the spam folder.

I spent most days blocking the disgraceful emails I receive into my spam folder, so much so that I am already at the 1000 blocked email limit and can block no more.
This seems to now allow some through to my inbox and not straight to spam.
Something needs to be done from Sky's end to reduce this for it's subscribers, we pay enough!
It is not just bit coin and scam department emails it is also sexual content.

Blocking Spam (especially if it's in the spam folder) is a complete waste of time. The spammers use constantly changing email addresses, mostly fake. Marking any that reach the inbox as spam is far more productive as it teaches the spam filter to recognise them based on more than the email address.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI get plenty of spam, but it's not a problem as it is (nearly) all caught by the spam filter, so I never see it. (except when I check spam to see if there have been any false positives)
