HI, When I try to sign my credit agreement for my new sky mobile contract I am met with the two attached images. The first one looks to say my agreement is in the TV section and then when I try to access the agreement to sign it I am met with an unauthorised error.
Any help is appreciated!

Hi! Thanks for the reply. Yes I am signed in with the account I used when checking out etc. I only have one account.
