Data issue

I have been having trouble with my data as i haven't been able to use it all even when i manually turn mobile data on and off it just doesn't work it doesn't even come up with "4g" or anything.

I'm having the same problem data not working if I go out I have no data pointless what are we paying for

Hi @Miss+B+Bradley  and @mark+p+melaugh  have you checked to ensure your phone has the correct APN in mobile data settings ?
