Linking Mobile to SkyID

Hi, 

I'm trying to link my Sky Mobile to my Sky account. 


Every time I've tried (several times over the past few months), I keep getting 'Sorry, we are experiencing some technical difficulties, please try again later'.

 

I can see the Sky Account details fine, just nothing in the Mobile section.

 

Would appreciate any help, as they are quite merrily taking money via the Direct Debit, and I can't see any info on the contract it's on, and don't get any emails on it.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I cant view my mobile bill online i need to link account but it keeps saying technical difficulties
