Upgrade phone but page won’t load

I've paid remainder of bill but sky won't let me upgrade the page just says technical difficulty

Not sure what you mean by paying remainder of bill because if you have paid a device of in full then you can not upgrade it. Otherwise gie Sky a call in 150 as they should be able to help.
