HD Free Trial

Hi, I upgraded from Essentials TV to Signature yesterday via live chat. Later on I saw a free trial for the HD upgrade in my app so ordered that. It's showing as active in my account but when I try to download HD content it says I need to upgrade. I can't see HD versions of signature package channels either. 

 

Live Chat is closed. Can anyone on here help or do I need to contact them via phone?

The only option now is give Sky a call and get them to resend the EMM to the card.

 

Or try doing a callback again on the card 🙂

@jp2003 couple of things try  rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

if the hasnt helped 

You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet

Tried again, still no luck. I'll give them a call tomorrow 🙂
