Issue with Landlines should be resolved as of 17.30

Im disabled and landline not able make or revieve calls no credit to phone them

I'm disabled and can not make or receive calls and no credit to ring them

As you state it's a landline issue I've moved your post from the Mobile board. 

 

Can you run this test on your phone line.

Also, if you have a disability, in your circumstances it may be worth being registered with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team

I was waiting on an important call and they emailed me saying they couldn't get through so I tried ringing them back and I cannot ring them either

Phone line and mobile telephone not working unable to make or receive telephone calls

My sky talk landline is reporting is reporting as "ni line" and i am additionally unable to make calls on my mobile phone using a sky sim. Additionally i am unable to contact sky directly via "chat" as that system is down.

Landline no longer works after upgrade to Superfast.

Have old Skyhub. Upgraded from Essential to Superfast broadband and landline no longer works.

I don't have a signal on home phone or mobile so I cannot ring out

@Peter117  When was the last time the line was working?

 

Does your hub have a voice light?  If so is this lit up?

You mean there's no dial tone? Are you new to Sky's phone/broadband service? Or has your Sky landline been working up to now?

Does your Sky Hub have a light on the front panel labelled 'Voice'? And if so is it lit?

Lines were ok yesterday, problem appears to have started this morning. All the lights on my hub are green.

@Peter117   To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team. This link explains how it works https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/Escalating-a-post-to-a-Sky-expert/ba-p/3711147#M1014

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

There does appear to be a Sky mobile issue at the moment which has a separate ongoing thread on the mobile board.
